1. Order Acceptance & Customization
- Orders are binding only after payment confirmation and our written acceptance.
- For customized/bulk orders, clients must provide:
- Brand logos, designs, or artwork in high-resolution (vector/SVG/PNG).
- Specific product requirements (colors, sizes, labels, packaging).
- We reserve the right to reject orders due to:
- Stock unavailability.
- Pricing errors.
- Inability to meet customization demands (e.g., low-resolution artwork).
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are in USD and exclusive of taxes/duties unless stated.
- Bulk discounts apply for orders above 20 units (contact us for quotes).
- Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards.
- PayPal.
- Bank Transfer (via Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions).
- Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront; balance paid before shipment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Production Time:
- Standard items: 5–7 business days.
- Custom/bulk orders: 7–15 days (varies by complexity).
- Shipping:
- Costs calculated at checkout (DHL, FedEx, or local carriers).
- Risk of loss/damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
- Delays: Not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
4. Intellectual Property & Branding
- Client Responsibilities:
- By submitting logos/designs, you confirm ownership or legal rights to use them.
- Athlizo is not liable for copyright/trademark violations in provided artwork.
- Our Rights:
- Athlizo retains ownership of all production techniques, patterns, and templates.
- We may use completed product images (without branding) for marketing unless otherwise agreed.
5. Returns & Warranty
- Customized orders are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless defective).
- Defective items: Report within 48 hours with photos/video for replacement.
- Standard returns: Unused, tagged items in original packaging within 14 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Athlizo is not liable for:
- Indirect damages (lost profits, business interruptions).
- Improper use of products.
- Disputes arising from client-provided designs.
